Meet privately with a Care Expert through a secure video conversation. Conversations focus on listening, support, and resources tailored to your situation and needs.

  • Are your Care Experts licensed professionals?

    Our Care Experts have graduate degrees and/or certifications in various mental health or counseling fields. Avail’s care providers are not operating as licensed therapists, but are trained professionals in relevant fields.

  • Do you offer medical referrals or offer medical information?

    No, Avail does not offer medical information or medical referrals. But you are not on your own. If you’d like support, you can meet with a Care Expert who can help connect you with free or low-cost community resources.

  • What if I’m not sure I’m pregnant?

    You don’t need to be sure to reach out. You’re welcome to meet with a Care Expert anytime, and we’re here to support you as you sort through what you’re feeling and what next steps might look like.

  • Is support free? Is insurance needed?

    All support is 100% free, no matter how long you meet with us or what kind of support you’re looking for. Insurance is never required.

  • Will I be pressured to make a certain decision?

    No. You will never be pressured to make a certain decision. Our Care Experts are here to listen, support you, and help you explore your options at your own pace.
